A Membership to Fit Your Needs

Whether you are thinking about purchasing rental property, already own or manage, have products and services you wish to market to those in the rental industry, or a little bit of everything – we have a membership to fit your needs.



RHA Membership Options

  • Regular Owner Membership
    This category of membership is for those individuals or companies who own rental property. Dues are based on the number of rental units owned.

    Membership Rate:
    1 - 9 Units / $79, plus $1 per unit
    10 - 99 Units / $160, plus $1 per unit
    100 - 199 Units / $350 flat rate
    200+ Units / $525 flat rate
    200+ Units (Non-Profit) / $385 flat rate


  • Associate / Vendor Membership
    This category of membership is for individuals or companies who wish to market or sell their products or services. Dues are based on your company’s Annual Gross Income (AGI).

    Membership Rate:
    AGI is less than $200,000 / $275 flat rate
    AGI is more than $200,000 / $375 flat rate


  • Property Management Membership
    This category of membership is for licensed individuals and companies who provide management services to residential rental property owners in the State of Washington. Dues are a flat rate, depending on if you are an individual property manager or property management company.


  • Affiliate Membership
    This category of membership is designed for folks who do not own or are not licensed property managers, but have an interest in the industry. Perfect for on-site managers, investors or those thinking about purchasing rental property.

    Membership Rate:
    $50 per year


  • Dual Membership
    This category of membership is for individuals or companies who both own or manage rental property and also wish to market or sell their products or services. Dues are based on your company’s Annual Gross Income (AGI) and the number of units you own or manage.

    Membership Rate:
    $275 flat rate
    Own less than 100 units and company’s AGI is less than $200,000

    $375 flat rate
    Own less than 100 units and company’s AGI is more than $200,000
    Own more than 100 units and company’s AGI is less than $200,000
    Own more than 100 units and company’s AGI is more than $200,000
