This category of membership is for licensed individuals and companies who provide management services to residential rental property owners in the State of Washington. Dues are a flat rate, depending on if you are an individual property manager or property management company.

Upgrade to Vendor Status for $75 more

Company / $200 flat rate
– up to three individuals on account
Upgrade to Vendor Status for $75 more. Add additional managers to your account for $50 per person.
