RHA's Rent Right Decision Model

What is the Rent Right Decision Model? It is a recommended leasing decision based on your applicant's credit. The Rent Right Decision Model report takes an objective view at your applicant's credit and returns a decision based on a set criteria. (See below for decision criteria) There are three possible decisions: Approved, Approved with Conditions or Declined. With this type of report, you will not be able to view any credit details; you will only be provided the decision based on credit. NOTE: if your applicant's credit comes back "Declined", RHA will not be able to tell you why. **You must be an RHA member and in compliance with the credit bureau and FCRA requirements in order to have access to this report.
