rent right decision model certification process

According to requirements put forth by Experian, Fidelity Information Corporation and the FCRA, we are legally required to have certain documentaion on file before we can access any credit information. See below requirements.
Please Note: Certified Members who let their membership lapse will be required to complete a re-certification process

  • Membership Application
    -You must be an active member of RHA to have access to Tenant Screening
  • Signed Letter of Intent
  • Signed List of all Rental Property owned/managed
  • Copy of your driver's license
  • Copy of a voided check or deposit slip from an account where your rental monies are deposited
  • Proof of ownership of one of your rentals
    -Utility bill, title insurance, deed, property insurance, flood certification
    -Must have your name and rental property address on it
  • Copy of a Tax Assessor Statement or Escrow Closing Statement
    -Must have your name and and the rental property address or parcel number on it
  • Copy of a signed rental application or lease agreement;
    -Must be signed by a current or prospective tenant
  • Onetime credentialing fee of $30
    -This is a onetime fee required to underwrite your file for legal purposes
