full credit report certification process
According to requirements put forth by TransUnion and the FCRA, we
are legally required to have certain documentation on file before we can
access a credit report for you. See requirements below.
Please Note: Certified Members who let their membership lapse will
be required to complete a re-certification process

Membership Application
- You must be an active member of RHA to have access to Tenant
Screening

- Signed Service Agreement
- Signed list of all Rental Property
owned/managed
- Site Inspection of your rental office - Site
Inspection FAQ's
- Banking Verification

Copy of your business license - must pertain to your rental
business OR if you are a Sole Proprietor you will need to fill out a credit check authorization form so that
we may secure a copy of your personal credit report.

Copy of your telephone bill listing your name and address of your
rental office

Copy of your driver's license

Proof of ownership of one of your rentals - 2 pieces
- Tax assessor's statement, utility bill, closing escrow statement,
deed, property insurance or flood certification
- Must have your name and the rental address on it
