This package includes the following:

National Criminal Check
Searches records nationwide reporting felonies, misdemeanors, traffic violations and incarcerations. The criminal search consists of a name search using date of birth to search for conviction information in our databases. Tap into more than 1 billion records. This report also includes the National Sex Offender and Terrorist List Check. This database is continually updated. **Delaware, Massachusetts, South dakota and Wyoming are not included in this search.

Statewide Eviction Report
Eviction data is collected from county level courts when a judgment is filed. Updated daily. The eviction search consists of a name and address search for any of the 50 states. **If the applicant has a common name, multiple records may be returned, but may not necessarily be a positive match. RHA Staff is here to assist in determining whether or not records found are a probable match.

Previous Address History Report
Returns a list of your applicant's previous addresses dating back twenty years. This report is verified by name and social security number. This will verify your applicant's social security number.
