One of the most widely used services at RHA is RHA’s Tenant Screening Products. We have all the information a rental property owner or manager will need to help make a good decision regarding a future tenant.

Tenant Credit Information: RHA has three unique products to provide you with a prospective tenant’s credit information.

Full Credit Reports* will provide you with an easy-to-read report that gives you the crucial information you need to make that decision. RHA Full Credit Reports provides you with: verification of information on the rental application, information regarding the applicant’s payment history, including credit accounts and balances, recent credit inquiries, collection accounts and civil record reporting.

Rent Right Decision Model* provides you with a credit recommendation (Approved, Approved with conditions, Declined) that takes the guesswork out of making crucial rental decisions; you won’t need to know how to read a full credit report. RHA’s Rent Right Decision Model provides you with: verification of information on the rental application and an objective analysis of applicant’s credit report which will allow you to make a quick, informed decision.

SmartMove can provide you with either a full credit report or decision model over the internet. This product prompts the prospective tenant through an email to allow you access to their financial records. RHA’s Smartmove provides you with credit and criminal background information. And because it is online, it’s simple and accessible when you need it.

*Owner must provide proof of being a rental property owner to RHA before they can receive reports. For more information on the "credentialing process" see page 6 of this publication. Landlords who want to receive full credit reports will need to have a site inspection.
