When you have a prospective tenant, log on and send an electronic request for identity verification. Once the applicant securely verifies his or her identity, TransUnion will deliver a comprehensive, reliable screening recommendation and results to your SmartMove account instantaneously.*

SmartMove can be paid for by either you or your prospective tenant – you choose who makes the payment each time you request a screening.
