RHA's Rental Forms

The Association provides forms and legal notices for its Members only. 

If you are current member of RHA and would like to have access to the forms online, you can either call our office at 206-283-0816 to get set up, or log-in to the members only section and add it to your cart. Do you already have the online subscription? Log-in here.

You many also purchase forms individually as needed by simply coming into our office. If needed, we can mail them to you as well. RHA has all the forms required by WA State and many more. Click to see our current list of forms and price list.

Move In Packets

In addition to the separate forms shown on the price list, The Rental Housing Association has developed Move-In Packets which you may find helpful in providing all required forms to a new tenant. Please see the current price list to view what's included in each move in packet.

Please note:

• Sales tax is added to all sales, as well as postage and handling fee for those orders mailed (minimum $3.00 postage) There is also a $5.00 minimum (before tax) on any form order to be mailed
  
• Sample copies of forms are available
  
• Blank forms may NOT be reproduced

Using the proper rental forms makes all the difference

The Rental Housing Association of Puget Sound (RHA) provides forms that give the best protection for the landlord in the opinion of the attorneys who specialize in Tenant Landlord issues. The forms are reviewed periodically to make sure they are compliant with current State and Local Law and convenient and easy to use. RHA takes pride in its forms, however cannot guarantee decisions in the landlord’s favor. The law is not clear-cut, but is subject to interpretation. Formal legal advice and review is recommended prior to selection and & use of any provided form. RHA does not represent your selection or execution of any form as appropriate for your specific circumstances.
