Associate Vendor Membership Dues
For those who want to promote a business to rental
housing owners, the Rental Housing Association offers Associate
Membership. Current Associate Members are listed on this website and in
each issue of RHA's UPDATE newspaper and in the Annual

Affiliate Membership Dues
This membership is for those who don't own rental
property nor have a business that they want to promote. This is an ideal
membership for on-site property managers or for those considering

Dual Membership Dues
This member category is for persons who qualify as a
Regular or Property Management Company Member and would like to sell
products or services to RHA Members. Dues are based on number of rental
units owned/managed and your company's annual gross income

your gross income is under $200,000: dues are $275

If your Regular Membership dues are less than $375 and
your gross income is over $200,000: dues are $375

If your Regular Membership dues are over either $275
or $375 based on your annual income: add $25 to your Dual Membership
dues total
