rha forms policy
If you are current member of RHA and would like to have access
to the ALL of our rental forms online, you can either
call our office at 206-283-0816 to get set up with your online forms
subscription, or log-in
to the members only section and add it to your cart by
clicking "Manage Your Membership" and "Billing".
You many also purchase forms individually as needed by simply coming
into our office. If needed, we can mail them to you as well. RHA has all
the forms required by WA State and many more. Click to see our current list of forms
and price list.
Move In Packets
In addition to the separate forms shown on the price list
above, RHA has developed Move-In Packets which you may find
helpful in providing all required forms to a new tenant. All WA
State required forms are included in these packets. For Multi and
Single Family Homes in Seattle, they are $10 each;
for Multi and Single Family Homes outside the city of Seattle,
they are $9.
Please note:

Sales tax is added to all sales, as well
as postage and handling fee for those orders mailed (minimum $3.00
postage) There is also a $5.00 minimum (before tax) on any form order to
be mailed
