The “Rental Property Coach” is all about rental housing. If you are looking for some practical advice about operating rental housing or a common sense approach to working with your landlord then this show is for you.

The Rental Housing Association’s representative Julie Johnson, who has extensive experience and knowledge of the rental housing industry, will be your host. She and her in-studio guests will discuss issues that are important to landlords and tenants and invite calls from listeners. From questions like “When do I get my security deposit back?” to discussions of new laws, the show is be topical and timely. The Rental Property Coach promotes “Rental Housing is a Smart Choice!"

Julie Johnson is currently the Director of Residential Services at Phillips Real Estate Services. With her husband, they own and manage 10 rental units. Julie graduated from Seattle University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Humanities and is a Franklin Covey Facilitator. She has taught at TRENDS Rental Housing Management Conference and Tradeshow, teaches several different seminars at RHA and hosts a local supper club for landlords.
