RHA Membership Code of Conduct

The Board of Directors has approved the following Codes of Conduct for all members. Membership in the Association is conditioned upon members following the code. The Code of Conduct is straightforward and calls for members to act in compliance with federal, state and local laws. The Rental Housing Association of Puget Sound may deny, suspend or terminate membership in the Association for any member who knowingly or repeatedly violates this Code and fails to promptly and properly rectify any violation.

We will publicize the Code of Conduct in UPDATE, on our website and it will be printed in RHA's Annual Resource Directory.
