What's In It For Me?

This is a great question to ask! As a leader on RHA's Board, your role is to serve the rental housing industry. However, it is hoped that you're also doing it for you! Each Board Member is encouraged to have at least one "selfish" reason for serving on the Board. Perhaps personal development or skills development; access to ideas and information; networking and personal contacts. You'll be a better Board Member - and more thoroughly enjoy your term in office - if you do it for yourself as well as RHA.
