Tools of the Trade

The Tools of the Trade Educational program will provide rental property owners and managers with many of the fundamental tools they need to be successful in the industry. These courses have been divided into five categories that are most critical to day to day operations of rental property. At the minimum we suggest attending at least one course from each category each year, and will offer discounted packages for buying a minimum of three classes - you can even purchase a pass that will give you unlimited access to our seminars for one full year! Find out more about our Passport to Success and Annual Class Pass. For the optimal protection of your investments we recommend members to take all the courses.

By taking these courses you will gain a rounded knowledge of issues pertaining to the industry and ultimately affecting your bottom line. If you are a seasoned rental property owner we suggest that you take one of the Comply the Law courses and at least 1 other course to refresh your knowledge and become up-to-date on ever changing legislation. If you are new to the industry we suggest that you attend as many of these courses as you can throughout the year.
