About Mike Scott
Mike Scott and his wife Patty Dupre created Dupre + Scott Apartment Advisors to provide the Seattle metro area with apartment market and investment research.

Mike and Patty have worked together for more than 30 years, publishing research on rents, vacancies, expenses, sales, and other information.

They have also given back to the industry through their participation in numerous associations, teaching, and sharing their market observations with industry organizations.
