RHA's Online Education

If it is difficult to find time in your schedule to make it to RHA for a seminar, we have a solution for you! The Rental Housing Association is proud to provide our members with quality online educational offerings through both Online Courses and Podcasts. Developed by RHA, our Online Courses and Podcasts offer a Washington State perspective on rental property management. Courses are designed to answer your questions about a particular rental housing topic and are available for free to RHA Members.

Each of our Podcasts aim to answer a specific question related to operating rental housing. Examples of topics include: Pet Deposits, Non-Payment of Rent, Noise Complaints, Pro-rating Utility Bills, Normal Wear & Tear and so much more. We also have four online courses: Filling out RHA's Lease Agreement, Preparing Your Unit for Market, Setting & Increasing Rents and Understanding Security Deposits. Each online course takes about 20 minutes.
